Notes
Printed in a very small edition, ±15 to 40. According to the colophon, issue no.1 is a later reprint (1989) in an edition of 10 (on top of the original edition of 15). No. 4 and 5 are supposedly printed in 70 copies, but probably much less. The contents are entirely cyclostyled. With an original envelope. Very rare.
