Anmerkungen
"By the end of the 1960s Roth was producing diverse objects integrating food substances, in particular chocolate. Apart from the odour emanating from these pieces, which in many cases added significantly to the work, the unpredictable nature of these materials appealed to him." (D. Dobke, Dieter Roth - Unique Pieces, p.204. The short letter reads: "dear mr VAN EYCK, do you remember me, but i am in LONDON now? have you got a copy of these little pictures you took in reykjavik last spring? can you spare one of them to give to me? i will be here until the middle of april. how was your stay in U.S.A? how is architecture in holland? good wishes to you + your wife! yours D.R."
